Returns & Exchanges


We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased on for return or exchange as long as they are qualified for a return/exchange!


What is qualified for a return/exchange? 

  1. Faulty Products (holes, stains, loose threads)
  2. Incorrect Products received
  3. Wrong size


Returns/Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products are accepted 14 days from date of receipt and are eligible for:

*Minor stitching issues and factory markings are not considered defects. Items with slight variation to measurements stated or colours on-screen are also not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.


Returns and exchanges are done a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be done in the form of store credits. Products must be returned in original selling condition – unwashed, unworn and unaltered and in it’s original packaging.

The following products are not eligible for any returns/exchanges:

  • Items not in original selling condition (worn, washed, altered, and not in original packaging), regardless if they are defective or not.
  • Sales Items or items bought using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Items bought on Pre-order/Back-orders are also not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • All products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Exchanges can be done via 2 method:
1. Returns/exchanges via Shipping
Return packages to be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. URBNZD will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. Shipping fee for product returned to us will be pre-paid by you. After receiving and inspecting returned products, we will send out a new parcel to you.
2. Returns/exchanges via Meet up
1-to-1 exchanges will be held at our office, 45 Jln Pemimpin #09-05B S577197 (4 minute walk from Marymount MRT station, Exit B)
If we have made a mistake with the delivery of your order (wrong address written, wrong item shipped etc.), we will be committed to rectify the problem.
However, if it was a mistake on your end (provided us with the wrong delivery details etc.), a redelivery fee will be administered.
We seek your kind understanding in accepting our Terms, to ensure that all customers receive clean and new products. Urbanized Co. reserves the right to reject a return/exchange request should the returned products not meet the above requirements upon inspection of the products.


If you wish to do a return/exchange:
1. Please email us at with your details: Please inform us for an exchange within 2 days from date of delivery, and or within 14 days from date of receipt, whichever is earlier.
- Order Number (eg. #1865)
- Email Address used to place the order
- Product name, colour, size that you want to return
- Colour/size that you want to exchange it for.
- Reason for exchange
- Mode of exchange option: via Shipment or Meet up


2. We will revert to you and inform you of the return address details via email.

3. Once we received the returned products, your replacement products will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days from receiving the returned product.
